The role involves managing the S&OP process for products imported to South America and exported to intercompany regions. Responsibilities include handling incoming orders, adjusting production plans to market needs, and preparing various reports. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be fluent in English, and have advanced skills in Excel. This position emphasizes a farmer-first approach and effective inventory management.

What we are looking for :

The Marketing specialist is responsible for the S&OP process of finished products imported to South America and exported to intercompany regions.

Resposnible for attendance of several makets regarding production, order managment, reports and KPIs.

What are you going to do :

• Manages incoming orders for products to be produce locally, organize schedules and track the operation until the moment of shippments.
• Follow up sales forecast, define and follow up volumes with the markets.
• Adjust production plan to market neccesities (farmer first approach) Control order bank (receive export orders, include in the system, inform customers, guarantte attendance with the factory) Lead meetings with regions and manufacturing in orden to make follow up of issues.
• Prepare several reports in order to give timely information to every market (spreadsheets and presentations) Take accion over issues about inventory an over all the core KPI of the company in order to improve the measurements of the region.

What do you need :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in Follow up sales forecast, define and follow up volumes with the markets.
