THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Planning & Strategy Manager to join our Finance Team, based in São Paulo !

The Planning & Strategy Manager will be part of a global team that partners and supports the Global Commercial Organization on broad set finance related topics, including revenue growth and management, client acquisition, client success, investment efficiency. You will support our team running key company cycles, including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing monthly results.

YOUR IMPACT
  • As an individual contributor, establish working relationships with business leaders and other cross‑functional teams;
  • Assist with monthly & quarterly topline financial results, forecasting, planning and reporting models; build new tools and improve existing ones;
  • Build planning and forecasting models for key revenue metrics;
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go‑to‑market strategy, how to grow volume and how to invest efficiently
  • Analyze key financial trends for the company, perform variance analysis on a monthly basis;
  • Collaborate with business and commercial teams to gather insights behind the financial results and underlying metrics;
  • Collect, analyze quantitative data, create meaningful analyses that can drive action and present to senior leadership;

WHO YOU ARE
  • 5 years of previous relevant work experience in Planning and Strategy, FP&A or / and at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or related;
  • Experience building business and financial models, and conducting sophisticated quantitative analyses;
  • Advanced skills and demonstrated experience with spreadsheets, modeling, and analysis of large data sets; Familiarity with SQL and / or Python will be a plus;
  • Highly analytical, attention to detail and good business sense; passion for metrics and finance;
  • Proactive : capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
  • Good communication, both verbal and written : Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership;
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;
