You will be responsible for :

• Partner with Business Leaders and multiple support teams to understand headcount demand, business strategy and provide insights from data analytics.
• Build and implement planning processes across Operations business teams that will allow supported organizations to scale in response to customer demand.
• Create and maintain KPIs for Business and Support teams.
• Provide the analyses of weekly and monthly reporting.
• Identify / Implement planning tools and technology enablers that will improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

What we expect from you (experiences, soft and hard skills) :

• University degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any other related.
• Proven professional experience in a highly analytical role.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong Data Modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets, VBA and SQL is a plus.
• Confident professional and team player, comfortable on setting and raising KPIs.
• Experience building KPIs to improve efficiency and ad-hoc analyses to support multiple business needs.
• Business acumen, willingness to understand and contribute to our business.
• Eager to always search for issues to improve Operational results.
• Comfortable to present projects and share ideas to all different audiences, from the floor up to Management Teams.
