A fast-growing enterprise SaaS startup in Brazil is seeking a Partner Manager + Customer Success Lead. In this role, you will engage in building predictable revenue through partnerships. You'll drive partner performance and support enterprise deals with extensive hands-on involvement. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in enterprise customer success or partner management and is fluent in English and Portuguese. The role offers competitive compensation and autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
Focalx is expanding in Brazil and we need a field-first, execution-driven partner manager and customer success lead to help build a predictable enterprise revenue engine through partners.
This role sits at the intersection of pipeline, deal support, onboarding, adoption, and expansion—turning partner-led opportunities into successful, measurable customer outcomes.

Drive partner performance : run a weekly pipeline rhythm, stage discipline, forecasting, and accountability
Support enterprise deals : co-lead discovery, stakeholder mapping, value proof, and business cases for 6-digit ACV motions
Own onboarding + adoption : run a clear Week 0–4 onboarding playbook, trainings, go-live, and escalation paths
Deliver measurable success : define success metrics, track weekly health, intervene fast when accounts stall
Build expansion motion : identify triggers, enable champions, and create a repeatable land ? expand process
Improve operations : help implement support readiness (L1 / L2 / L3, SLAs, escalation cadence) and field / device standards
Feed product learning : translate objections, workflow blockers, and localization needs into structured product input
An execution-heavy operator who loves cadence, playbooks, follow-through, and clean pipeline
Comfortable in the field : on-site discovery, pilots / go-lives, travel, and customer / partner meetings
Experienced in enterprise motions (discovery ? value proof ? close ? onboarding ? expansion)
Strong communicator who can run executive conversations and align multiple stakeholders
Startup-ready : high ownership, low hand-holding, high accountability
Fluent English + Portuguese (PT-BR) (Spanish is a plus)
You prefer narrow roles with clear handoffs and minimal ambiguity
You don't like being on-site with customers / partners and solving problems in real time
You're not comfortable with a startup environment where things move fast
5–10+ years in Enterprise CS / Partner Management / RevOps / Solutions / Post-sale GTM
Proven experience supporting or owning 6-digit enterprise deals
Strong onboarding / adoption and expansion execution
Based in Brazil (São Paulo preferred); field-first mindset
Fluent English + PT-BR
