Context

Pluria operates under a B2B model, connecting flexible workspaces and offices with the corporate sector. We use a mobile app to provide companies with solutions to work from different locations such as office centers, coworking spaces, business lounges, and meeting rooms.

  • Negotiation and closing of new partners representing workspaces for companies.
  • Prospecting, follow-up, and closing agreements with workspaces.
  • Billing processes and partner consolidation.
  • Field work for prospecting and follow‑up of strategic partnerships.
  • Development of strategies to retain workspaces within the network.
  • Support for affiliated workspaces in the network.
  • Managing and controlling the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Induction process and app presentations to partner locations.
