Description
Route-to-Market Proposition : to ensure our final customers - the growers - are going to have access to all Corteva's solutions, with a high-performing sales team (QUALITY) with the best COVERAGE of the Market.
The 'National Accounts and Pastures RTM&TP Leader' will be responsible for the following activities:
- Guardian of this Route's governance, ensuring the execution of the macro strategy, always seeking improvements in processes;
- Align Corteva's Value Proposition with the National Accounts, working with all our business platforms, analyzing their access strategies and connecting through the strategic 5-year Plan, in order to achieve short, medium and long-term objectives.
- Lead by influence, network and relationship with the main stakeholders: Sales (KAMs and RSLs), Marketing, Agronomy, CRM, Incentive Program, BI, Barter and others;
- Budget management and investments in the Route;
- Market analysis, data processing, dash development in PowerBI, to guide and support sales departments in strategic decisions regarding expansions and acquisitions of N.A.s.
- Annually update our Market Access Policy, considering the impacts of the evolution of our projects in other RTM;
- Define Dealers segmentation criteria, respecting the guidelines provided by Marketing leaders;
- Make connections and alignments necessary with the Commercial and Incentive teams;
- Guarantee the annual execution of the AIC (Corteva Integrated Access) Sessions;
- To support the sales data collection process, building the RTM database for ths (RTM tool): market, competition, channels, growers, etc.
- Work closely and build a strong relationship with Sales, CRM, Incentive Programs, Marketing, Finance, CSR and Agronomy colleagues;
- Ability to make deep analysis about Pastures sales territories, such as recommendation for adjustments in the sales force.
- To lead the Pastures Territory Planning Sessions, moderating discussions to define the real needs for sales territories adjustments;
- Right sizing the current and the new Pasture areas, making deep financial / market / sales / geographical studies to determine the sustainability of the territory;
- Work with Pasture Sales Managers to ensure the creation and monitoring of the Districts Action Plan processes.
- Grant alignment with Marketing and Agronomy Managers.
Qualifications
Qualifications : Requirements and Skills :
- At least 10 years of experience in the Brazilian Agribusiness segment;
- Demonstrated background on leading high-performance teams;
- MBA and / or Extension course is a plus;
- Demonstrated Execution Capacity;
- Previous experience with organizational learning strategies;
- Developed speech and presentation skills;
Advanced or Fluent English is mandatory.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Frequent business travel availability;
