Qualificações

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee screening process of evasions at Toll Plaza gates.
  • Monitor collection systems and information security.

  • Support relationships with concessionaires and stakeholders.
  • Engage in People Management for team efficiency.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary clarifications.

Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the screening activities and the process of sending authorization data to regulatory bodies and public powers, mitigating revenue loss due to evasion and executing implementation projects of solutions and collection systems.
  • Manage the screening process of evasions in Toll Plaza gates to recover them through identification of evading vehicles.
  • Ensure monitoring of collection systems and information security (accesses and privileges) of highway concessionaires through daily analysis and monitoring.
  • Guarantee that all client requests related to Toll Collection processes are answered, respecting contractual service deadlines to support Ouddias and OSA’s.
  • Manage concessionaire indicators, aiming for standardization and accuracy while applying innovative solutions through new technologies, focusing on perpetuity, sustainability and value generation for the CCR Group.
  • Support the relationship with concessionaires, Platform, Corporate Center, Payment Means Operators and Granting Powers in activities related to collection, promoting efficient communication and maximizing expected results.
  • Perform People Management, through team engagement, sharing information, goals and guidelines, and promoting restructurings aimed at greater efficiency and adherence to challenges.
  • Attend and monitor external, internal and granting power audits and federal fiscalization bodies, providing all necessary clarifications, ensuring deadline compliance, quality and reliability of information provided.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas.
  • Knowledge of the Office package: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the ERP SAP system.
  • Desirable knowledge of scopes related to collection and billing in the business, impacting BackOffice.
