What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop, lead, and originate mortgage loans through branches, realtors, and builders
- Motivate and manage a direct report sales team to achieve production milestones
- Identify new strategies to drive volume and gain market share
- Interview mortgage loan applicants and take loan applications from customers
- Cross-sell all bank products and services to deepen relationships with customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of lending experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise considerable independent judgment
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed
