What your day-to-day will look like

Execute and monitor tactical purchases of goods and services, ensuring compliance with internal policies, deadlines, and commercial agreements;

Interface with suppliers for quotations, low- to medium-complexity negotiations, follow-ups, and operational alignment;

Be responsible for the provisions process, including mapping, tracking, and alignment with the Accounting team;

Support control of the full procure-to-pay cycle: requisition, purchase order, receipt (when applicable), invoice, and payment;

Act as a key user in procurement projects, systems, and tools, supporting testing, process improvements, rollouts, and stabilization;

Support spend analysis, monitoring of active contracts, and identification of optimization opportunities;

Work in an integrated manner with requesting areas, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure governance and smooth process flow;

Support the standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes;

Prepare operational and management reports related to procurement, provisions, and KPIs.

What you need to shine in this role

Previous experience in Purchasing / Procurement, working with tactical or operational buying;

Experience with financial provisions, budget control, and reconciliations;

Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, payments, and governance;

Strong analytical skills and organization to manage multiple demands and deadlines;

Good communication skills and ability to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders;

Proactive, structured, and process-oriented profile;

Advanced English.

Bonus points if you have

Previous experience as a key user;

Experience in medium- or large-sized companies;

Experience with spend analysis, savings, and procurement KPIs;

Experience in process improvement, automation, or transformation projects;

Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
