Job Description

Are you a data visionary ready to share the future of the Mobile business across Latin America? We’re looking for a dynamic MI & BI Jr. Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil and transform data into strategic insights that drive growth throughout the LATAM region.

As our MI & BI Jr. Manager, you won't just report data – you'll be a strategic partner driving our mobile business success. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to:

• Become a LATAM Mobile Expert: Gain deep insights into market trends, regulations, and competitor movements across Latin America.
• Influence Key Decisions: Translate complex data and findings into actionable insights that empower senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Develop Your Strategic Vision: Collaborate directly with executives and international stakeholders, gaining invaluable cross‑functional and multi‑country experience.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor key business performance KPIs, identifying critical opportunities for improvement across our Latin America subsidiaries.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Proactively identify and monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor strategies impacting our mobile business.
• Performance Optimization: Track and analyze business performance KPIs to pinpoint and drive improvement opportunities across Samsung Latin America.
• Insightful Reporting: Develop, optimize, and deliver high‑impact regional market and business performance reports, combining diverse data sources into clear narratives.
• Data Infrastructure: Plan, design, maintain, and enhance our technical and data infrastructure to strengthen our Business & Market Intelligence capabilities.
• Strategic Communication: Organize and present complex findings into compelling, easy‑to‑understand insights that empower timely, informed decision‑making for stakeholders up to C‑level.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience: Hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Business Strategy, Performance Management, or similar roles.

Skills:

• Expert‑level proficiency in MS Excel and robust data analysis skills.
• Advanced‑level proficiency in Data Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Python).
• Exceptional MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Language Skills: Advanced English is a must (for communication with HQ & LATAM subsidiaries). Spanish is a strong plus!
