Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, analyzing anomalies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsabilidades

• Reduce mean time of repair (MTTR) through effective line presence.
• Carry out scheduled tasks according to the Kanban planning.
• Develop tools in collaboration with the Maintenance Engineering department.

Job Description

• Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the lines, through effective presence in the line.
• Analyze and report any anomalies, with the possibility of completing notifications M1, M2 and M3 in the PM system and confirm orders.
• Carry out inspection of mechanical, and/or predictive route, when planned and requested by the planner.
• Develop, along with the supervisor and the Maintenance Engineering department, tools to speed up the Maintenance services.
• Carry out scheduled tasks.
• Comply with the Kanban planning, updating it according to the standard.
• Contribute with feedback for planning, optimizing the scheduling, times of execution and reducing back‑log.
• Diagnose cause of mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Comply with reasonable EHS instructions and safe working procedures.
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety.
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments.
• Report EHS hazards, incidents & issues.
• Follow GMP & 5S at work place.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

• High School Certificate or any equivalent technical qualification.
