That's why we are on the search for a Marketing Manager - Brazil in one of our fastest-growing markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and inspired individual who has the creative aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and professional etiquette required to meticulously plan and help execute the country‑specific marketing plan for Cloudbeds and its platform.

Cloudbeds is seeking a Marketing Manager with well‑rounded marketing experience with an equal balance of marketing communications, strategic partnership management, demand generation, and brand marketing experience.

How You Will Lead :
  • Work across multiple target audiences and continuously extract the trends, topics, and content themes that will help build campaigns that engage decision‑makers and influencers and convert key customer segments
  • Define audiences, buyer's journey, appropriate messages, and relevant content required across the country‑specific marketing strategy
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales, digital marketing, and field marketing to define and establish country‑specific campaigns that aims to hit plan, and build more velocity and efficiency in our Sales channels
  • Assess and act on all country‑specific marketing communication requests across departments including product marketing, customer support, and partnerships.
  • Localize copy for promotional, advertising, and sales enablement materials, including writing, editing, and translating copy to make it market‑specific
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Be responsible for the preparation, management, and adherence to line‑item budgets
  • Support local industry events and associations and present related new and fresh concepts to Cloudbeds global marketing team members
  • Provide onsite support and team management at company events
  • Conduct Cloudbeds / agency partner conference calls and meetings with prepared documents / presentations
  • Manage and communicate project status with a cross‑functional team
  • Identify opportunities for business and brand growth in your marketing region
  • Support the coordination (and possible consolidation) of current, cross‑ecosystem sponsorship opportunities
  • Help develop customized activation solutions for brand integrations within the arena
  • Identify local customers to highlight for case studies, testimonials, and customer videos and coordinate with the customer advocacy team to produce content
Experience & Skills :
  • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration with 3+ years of relevant experience within general marketing is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Previous position(s) with brand marketing responsibilities in a B2B setting
  • Marketing experience for a SaaS company is required
  • Experience with hospitality or hospitality tech industry preferred
  • Proficient in budget management and planning
  • Managed program components and worked with clients and / or other agency partners to deliver brand activations / events
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Slides and Adobe creative programs
  • Experience building presentations and delivering them
  • Creativity and interest in trends in marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data‑driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
