Key Responsibilities & KPI Alignment:
Marketing Efficiency
- Develop frameworks to measure and improve Marketing ROI across channels. KPI: ROI improvement trend; LTV and Cost per Acquisition balance.
- Optimize budget utilization and resource allocation. KPI: Budget performance %.
- Implement automation to reduce manual processes. KPI: % reduction in process time.
Marketing Intelligence
- Build and maintain real-time integrated dashboards for performance tracking. KPI: Dashboard adoption rate.
- Deliver competitive and market insights to inform strategy. KPI: Number of actionable insights implemented per quarter.
Data & Analytics
- Ensure data quality and governance across CRM, digital, and retail sources. KPI: Data Quality Score %.
- Apply predictive analytics and econometric models for forecasting. KPI: Model accuracy
- Drive econometric model development and adoption per nameplate. KPI: % of nameplates using validated models; incremental ROI from model-driven decisions.
Insights & Reporting
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders. KPI: Insight-to-action ratio %.
- Present insights in quarterly reviews and strategic planning sessions. KPI: Stakeholder satisfaction score.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Align methodologies with global analytics teams. KPI: Compliance with global standards.
- Train regional teams on analytics best practices. KPI: Training completion rate >95%.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Reside in Brazil or available for relocation.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese or Spanish preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Masters) is a plus.
- 10+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or marketing operations.
- Working knowledge or proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python/R (accepted familiarity with these platforms is considered).
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and ROI analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multinational environments and South American market dynamics.
