A global technology company is seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer in São Paulo to design and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will lead complex marketing workflows, integrate systems, and analyze campaign performance. This hybrid role offers flexibility, requiring presence in the office 2 to 3 days weekly. Required skills include hands-on Marketing Cloud experience and excellent communication abilities. Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud are preferred.

About the role

As a Marketing Cloud Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that power personalized customer engagement. You will be a valued member of the Digital Marketing Technology team and work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders, technical partners, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performing marketing automation capabilities.

In this role, you will:
  • Architect, design, and configure complex Marketing Cloud workflows, including email campaigns, lead‑nurture programs, and multi‑step customer journeys.
  • Partner with business teams to understand automation needs and translate them into scalable, end‑to‑end technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with internal and external systems to enable data flow, segmentation, and real‑time activation.
  • Apply industry best practices for data management, segmentation, and personalization to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations to optimize automation strategies.
  • Deliver training and enablement to business users and internal teams on Marketing Cloud capabilities.
  • Stay current with marketing automation trends, Salesforce enhancements, and best practices.

What you need to have to be considered
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, scripting, APIs).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM systems and other data sources.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification.

  • Experience delivering user training or documentation for marketing technology tools.
