Booking.com, the world leading accommodation website, is looking for a Public Affairs Manager for Brazil, based in São Paulo or Brasília, Brazil, to help drive its global Public Affairs function.
The successful candidate will have a key role in shaping, managing and implementing our public policy strategy in Brazil and South America. He/she will be representing the interests of Booking.com before policy makers and other relevant policy and regulatory stakeholders at national, regional and local level, and help us analyze complex reputational, regulatory and policy developments. He/she will also be working on reputational campaigns and partnerships with key external partners.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Public Affairs, Americas. The candidate will also work closely with the rest of the Public Affairs team located in Washington, D.C. and at our global headquarters in Amsterdam and at strategic hubs around the world, as well as with other departments within the company, and external partners such as consultancies and trade associations. The LPA team plays a key role in enabling Booking.com to become a one-stop solution for all travel-related needs, from accommodation to rental cars, flights and attractions, and beyond. This offers travellers what we like to call the ‘connected trip’ – enabling them to book every aspect of their travel experience seamlessly through our familiar, easy-to-use website or mobile app. As a member of the LPA team you will partner with the business to navigate complex regulations, build new products, and negotiate key deals—while driving ethical, sustainable growth.
