Job Description

Manager of Asset Control LATAM South will follow up main responsibilities indicated in this document and will work based on the procedures established by CHEP, to maintain the implemented controls, identifying and avoiding any deviations that involve the handling and administration of the pallet.

Key Accountabilities

• Organize and address all activities of South Asset Control region aligned with LATAM.
• Lead the development of strong process controls in the region.
• Responsible for managing the execution of the National Audit Plan in Distributors, Emitters and CHEP Plant according IPEP policies.
• Manage and negotiate 3rd Party Service Visit & Audit options and contracts
• Achieve & support spend budgets of 3rd Party Audits.
• Creation and implementation of training plans and compliance measures to maintain quality of 3rd
• Analyse ratios to identify decreasing flows and determine action plans to improve operations.
• Monitor retailer stock and flows, cycles & leakage performances.
• Monitor LECs and POSA controls.
• Monitor IPEP metrics
• Ensure management of losses and identify loss risks.
• Work closely with all stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Support improvement initiatives & projects.
• Coaching and development of Team Leaders and direct reports.

Qualifications

• Business degree or a minimum of 6 years working experience in a customer environment.
