Job Summary

This role combines the technical administration of Linux/Unix systems with leadership and support responsibilities, ensuring the technical quality of developed actions, compliance with legislation and company standards, and continuous process optimization for complex clients. The professional will be a direct leader for analysts, supervising their activities and ensuring the application of best practices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and maintain Linux/Unix servers in corporate environments.
  • Develop and optimize shell scripts for task automation and process improvement.
  • Actively monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.
  • Implement and support container solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Assist in configuring and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to optimize and improve system efficiency.
  • Provide technical support, analysis, and guidance on processes and procedures, ensuring technical quality and compliance.
  • Lead and schedule analyst activities, supervising and controlling shifts to ensure the application of best practices for customer service.
  • Manage the lifecycle of Service Requests, including activation and deactivation of complex customer products.
  • Create detailed project plans, communicating and engaging internal and external stakeholders to manage complex customer deployments.
  • Independently resolve technical and operational issues and escalations, providing information and guidance based on analysis and valid rules and procedures.
  • Update and issue technical reports, monitoring processes with suppliers and third parties to ensure compliance with negotiated terms.

What we’ll expect from you

  • Linux system administration certification, such as LPI or RHCSA.
  • Advanced knowledge in Linux/Unix system administration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Effective communication in English is required.
  • Solid experience in developing shell scripts for task automation.
  • Basic understanding and practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive profile, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
