Project Operations Manager

This role involves managing project operations and performance in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on project transparency and quality targets
• Monitor project progress, scope, timeline, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate resources across the project team
• Conduct milestone deliverables and quality reviews
• Ensure overall cost and resource control
• Identify key issues and elevate them to senior management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm issues and discuss potential solutions
• Generate options for resolving issues and provide mitigation plans
• Coordinate business activities across the organization
• Familiarize yourself with cloud technology and its applications

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in software industry, with 5-8 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of cloud tech stack (K8S, DevOps, Microservice, security, performance, etc.)
• Working experience in global IT or consulting companies
• CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge preferred
• Insurance industry knowledge preferred
• Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking
• Good self-management skills
