Responsibilities
  • Strategic Positioning: Manage John Deere's external perception, ensuring the brand is positioned appropriately through research‑driven initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation.
  • Brand Building: Develop and execute brand campaigns for diverse audiences (customers, industry professionals, potential talent, and partners) using multi‑channel strategies and authentic storytelling to position John Deere as a thought leader.
  • Brand Protection: Oversee brand association approvals, safeguard reputation, manage partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate events, and deliver brand training for employees, dealers, and partners.
  • Project Management & Corporate Events: Lead presence at forums, congresses, and tradeshows, ensuring alignment with global strategy and approving materials and activations.
  • Governance & Brand Association Approvals: Ensure proper governance over internal and external brand usage to protect reputation and mitigate risks.
Skills You Need
  • Complete bachelor degree in Marketing, Publicity, Journalism, and related fields.
  • Advanced / Fluent English.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
