A leading global logistics company in Recife, Brazil, is seeking a Learning Analyst. This role focuses on supporting the expansion of AMZL EDSP by creating training materials and onboarding partners to ensure they can utilize Amazon systems effectively. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, experience in operations, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems. Flexibility for weekend work and travel is required. This position offers a chance to impact process quality significantly.

Overview

The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world class last mile operation. Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Analyst to support AMZL EDSP expansion by implementing scalable solutions to guarantee process quality and drive standards adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard EDSP Partners so that they learn how to operate with Amazon systems and tools;
  • Create training material for the EDSP team;
  • Lead training sessions and actively support AMZL EDSP new node launches;
  • Support network-level excellence in Six Sigma and Lean practices by designing and implementing processes, metrics, and ensuring proper system usage;
  • Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, share best practices, and standardize the work routine.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Flexible to work weekends and.
  • Availability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Operations experience.
  • Basic/Intermediate English.
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development.
  • Experience using and communicating performance metrics.
