Must-Have Skills

• Workday Integrations Development: Proven experience in developing and implementing integrations within the Workday platform, ensuring robust and efficient data exchange.
• Workday Studio: Strong knowledge and proficiency in using Workday Studio for building complex integrations, including the ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows.
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB): Expertise in utilizing EIB for creating simple integrations, allowing for the import and export of data between Workday and external systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• PeopleSoft Integrations: Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and development, providing a solid foundation for understanding the transition challenges and opportunities.
