This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing Key Account Management team across Latin America, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional service to key clients. You will act as the central point of leadership, mentoring account managers, defining account strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position provides high visibility and impact, contributing directly to revenue growth and client retention, while operating in a fast-paced, innovative payments environment. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, optimizing account performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the Key Account Management function across the Latam region, setting strategic goals and driving team performance
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing strategic guidance and support
  • Identify new business opportunities and leverage market and competitor insights to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, legal, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee account strategies, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and ensure long-term client retention
  • Monitor team performance and implement best practices to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager, preferably in the payments industry
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing international teams and high-profile client accounts
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
