A leading manufacturing company in Campinas, Brazil, is seeking an HR professional to manage and optimize benefits programs. Responsibilities include managing benefit payments, providing HR support, and developing materials to inform employees about available benefits. Applicants should have a relevant higher education background and experience in HR. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this entry-level full-time position.
Your main responsibility is to manage and optimize benefits programs, ensuring alignment with policies and employee services.
Your activities include managing inclusions, changes and exclusions in health plans, dental plans, life insurance, food vouchers, meal vouchers, private pension plans and other benefits offered.
Manage benefit payments within the company's deadlines and processes.

Responsible for administering processes involving Benefits and HR support.
Act as a point of contact for questions or issues related to benefits, providing assistance and clear information.
Develop communication materials and conduct information sessions to ensure that employees fully understand the benefits available.
Regularly review benefits packages to ensure competitiveness.
Propose improvements or new benefit initiatives.
Manage payments to suppliers.
Ensure compliance of processes in accordance with current labor, social security and tax legislation.
Support HR activities related to events, communication, and general HR administration.
Backup payroll activities, such as vacations, terminations, hiring, and general payroll calculation.
Ongoing or completed higher education in Administration, Psychology, Law or related areas.
Knowledge of Office package, IT, ERP system.
Intermediate English.
Communication, organization, focus and teamwork skills.
Experience in benefits and HR.
Intermediate Spanish.
Payroll knowledge.
Transparent organization and communication.
