• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of more senior engineers and adapt to feedback.
• A solid foundation in engineering best practices and a desire to gain expertise in landing page development.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Work as part of a small team, which will include other developers, a project manager, a QA professional, and a designer.
• Complete two-week sprints, participate in sprint retrospectives, and do daily standups.
• Assist with building estimates.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
• Be part of a community of developers that share knowledge and help each other as problems arise.
• Follow Bluelight's detailed development process.
