Qualificações

• Proficiência avançada em inglês, tanto escrita quanto verbal.
• Conforto em trabalhar com tecnologia e sistemas de comunicação relevantes.
• Habilidade para trabalhar com documentos e relatórios em Word e Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar e coordenar atividades diárias e semanais.
• Asignar tarefas e coordenar os horários dos técnicos.
• Fornecer suporte administrativo essencial.
• Gerenciar e apoiar sistemas de telefonia do cliente.
• Entregar um excelente atendimento ao cliente.

Compensation : BRL R$2,250 per month – Part-Time (4 hours per day)

Initial phase

BRL R$4,500 per month – Full-Time (8 hours per day)

After successful transition

Compensation will be reviewed based on performance, availability, and client needs.

Payment is made in Brazilian Reais (BRL).

Work Schedule :

Part-Time : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)

Full-Time : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

The role is expected to start part-time during the first weeks, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time schedule.

Work Modality : 100% Remote

This role provides ongoing operational support for one of our clients and plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and Agenda Management : Coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently to ensure operations run smoothly and without disruptions.
• Technician Dispatching : Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules and movements, optimizing time and resources.
• Administrative Support : Provide essential administrative assistance to support operational workflows.
• Phone Systems Management : Manage and support the client's phone systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication.
• Customer Support : Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone.

What We're Looking For

• Advanced English Proficiency (C1 / C2) : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills : Proficiency in Word and Excel for handling operational documents and reports.
• Technical Skills (IT & Communication Tools) : Comfort working with technology and communication systems relevant to the role.
• Stable Internet Connection : Reliable connectivity to perform duties without interruptions.
• Availability & Commitment : Ability to work the assigned schedule with flexibility to support client needs.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Clear, professional, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
