Responsibilities

• Install and perform maintenance on equipment on towers and poles
• Configure network equipment, ensuring proper functioning
• Analyze failures, perform tests, and apply critical thinking to identify causes and implement solutions
• Critically evaluate existing systems, proposing technical and operational improvements
• Take the lead in solving problems
• Lead projects and initiatives, guiding and supporting less experienced members
• Maintain a high level of trust with leadership through consistent delivery and team support in complex challenges

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in installing telecommunications equipment and photovoltaic systems with batteries
• Experience in maintenance of equipment installed on towers and poles
• Ability to configure equipment, analyze failures and perform checklists of installed systems
• Availability to work at height (NR-35)
• Availability to travel
• Driving license category B
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
• Basic skills in the Office package
• Courses: NR-10 and NR-35
