Position : JIRA Support

Support the next generation of healthcare and factory automation applications and services powered by AI and excellent experiences. Join a team of experienced startup developers building out highly scalable service architectures to radically change the status quo in healthcare and factory automation.

Desirable experience :

• Interest in support and QA roles
• Deep understanding of JIRA
• Understanding of JIRA API’s and ability to use them
• Understanding of JIRA performance and tuning
• Can‑do attitude, ready to pitch‑in to improve overall processes

Desirable subject matter expertise :

• Jira, ITSM, and process workflow.

Minimum Applicant Requirements :

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Self‑starting, well‑organized, and enthusiastic work style
• At least 2+ years of working experience in relevant technologies

Additional requirements :

This position requires a background check of your work and life experience by a 3rd party.
