A leading digital engineering company is seeking a Java Backend Developer to contribute to enterprise application development. This role involves developing new features, maintaining existing Java applications, and ensuring code quality through reviews. Ideal candidates possess strong skills in Java, Spring Framework, and web services API integration. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, along with experience in agile methodologies, will be advantageous. This is a full-time remote position based in Brazil.

As a Java Backend Developer, you will make a significant contribution to enterprise application development, system architecture, and software reliability by collaborating closely with cross-functional development teams. The Java Backend developer evaluates emerging technologies, promotes process improvements, and shapes standards and best practices while providing expert guidance to project teams across the organization. This role plays a fundamental role in driving the adoption of modern Java frameworks and tools in collaboration with software engineering, architecture, and operations teams, building and maintaining robust multi-module enterprise applications that deliver high performance and scalability.
