Mission

As a Technician at Veesion, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our product.

Your passion for network technologies and your technical expertise will be put to use within the Technical Support team as well as with our clients.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and face exciting challenges while contributing to a safer future for retail.

Responsibilities
  • Server Configuration: Configure our servers before sending them to our clients, using our OS system to execute the necessary commands and record the details in our inventory.
  • Installation and Technical Support: Remotely assist clients in installing servers, guiding them through the process and conducting in-depth analyses of camera systems and network architectures to configure the system based on their needs and ensure compatibility with the RTSP protocol.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Analyze server-related issues and deploy appropriate solutions to ensure smooth system operation, while also carrying out preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
  • Ticket Management and Follow-Up: Use our ticketing tools to ensure proper tracking of client requests.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly monitor server performance using graphical software (Grafana) and ensure optimal operation.
  • Customized Configuration for Each Client: Configure our system based on each client's specific needs, ensuring a solution tailored to their requirements.
Required Skills
  • Native in Portuguese and Fluent/Advanced in English.
  • Eager to join a young, dynamic, and ambitious tech startup.
  • True problem solver and can quickly find solutions.
  • Genuine interest in IT and strong technical knowledge.
  • Can work autonomously and manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience working with networks.
Nice to have
