IT Operations Manager LATAM

The Position
Your focus will be on delivering seamless onsite IT support, maintaining robust IT infrastructure, ensuring IT security compliance, and continuously seeking improvements and standardisation across affiliates whenever feasible.
With around 2,400 end users in scope, you will also lead strategic alignment efforts with global teams and drive digital transformation initiatives to elevate operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications
experience in a large global company.
Is highly desirable to have the KCS v6, ITIL, SAFE AGILE or ITSM Certifications.
