The IT Transition Coordinator will support the execution of IT-related activities under the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) during the spin-off period. This role contributes to the continuous delivery of IT services, ensures compliance with TSA obligations, and assists in migration to the target operating model within agreed timelines.
TSA Management
Monitor IT services provided under the TSA, ensuring compliance with scope, SLAs, and timelines.
Support communication between both companies for IT-related TSA matters.
Service Delivery & Governance
Track and report on IT service performance against agreed SLAs.
Assist in resolving IT issues impacting TSA services and escalate when necessary.
Transition Planning
Assist in the separation of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
Coordinate data migration, access management, and cutover activities.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare regular updates on TSA progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Support adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements during the transition.
Identify IT risks related to TSA services and propose mitigation actions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in IT service management, IT projects, or IT operations.
Exposure to M&A, divestitures, or TSA environments is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application landscapes.
Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
Skills:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Clear and effective communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

ITIL Foundation
