International marketing Trainee

Responsibilities

This includes Promomats approval.

  • Assist the marketing team with research and analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Assist with content creation (international) or localization (countries) such as promotional materials, writing social media posts, press releases, and website copy, following strict ethical and regulatory guidelines.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Also support the teams with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Business Intelligence the realization of market research and competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
  • Learn and comply with all relevant ethical and regulatory guidelines concerning pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Support the team with the management of Purchase orders, receipt of goods, etc as needed (SAP).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or life sciences related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to learn about the pharmaceutical market.
Bonus points
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of ethical and regulatory considerations in pharmaceutical marketing.
