What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound sales calls and assist walk-in guests with travel bookings and inquiries
- Provide personalized travel recommendations based on guests' preferences and interests
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive consumer loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads
- Resolve guest needs and conflicts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monetary sales KPI metrics
- Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities
- Experience in sales both in-person and over the phone
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience as a telephone salesperson or in a similar sales role
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience with the ability to close on the first call
