We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our HR and Operations team. This role is crucial in building and scaling our HR functions across LATAM countries.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with driving HR initiatives and being a trusted advisor to LATAM teams.
  • Provide expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Support managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams and organizing company events.
  • Coordinate and administer day‑to‑day employee life cycle functions, including onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, and orientation programs.
  • Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs and partner with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct quarterly HR meetings.
  • Develop and implement different HR initiatives for the LATAM region and collaborate with core team from different regions in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (plus 3+ years of HR functions experience).
  • Experience in tech companies and client‑facing experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google G‑Suite, Notion, and other applications.
  • Time‑management skills; ability to complete tasks efficiently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and high emotional intelligence.
