We are looking for an HRBP Lead to join our PeopleX Team.

You will be responsible for leading and implementing all PeopleX strategies ensuring they are aligned with the needs of the business, facilitating that the area reaches its strategic objectives.

What You Will Do

• Proactive retention - data analysis and implementing strategies for reducing turnover.
• Partner with Top management and managers to understand the specific need for the area and propose PeopleX Solutions Partners.
• Partner with the Design team to develop cross-backers and customized solutions for internal clients.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, culture, and working environment to increase productivity and retention.
• Propose and execute improvements of several HR processes, guaranteeing a best-in-class experience for all people.

Here’s what we are looking for

• 5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• HRBP knowledge of compensations, performance management, and talent development.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar career.
• Previous work experience with strategic HR.
• Excellent Communication skills, with Advanced English level.
