As a Human Resource Partner, Commercial Latin America you will be responsible for providing business/human resource (HR) direction to senior leadership teams (SLT-2/3) of the business. The role will coach, advise, and lead with the purpose of helping the business/function deliver business results.

This position will drive global HR initiatives for assigned client groups, while also ensuring execution of day-to-day HR responsibilities. The incumbent will be the thought partner on various initiatives, centered on evolving the function/business to even more effective/strategic organizations This role is expected to strongly partner with peers in the other regions to deliver and help the business deliver on its shared objectives.

What you'll do

This role will lead various HR processes for organizational/associate development - Providing input/consultation to management regarding impact, key actions to be taken and how to ensure success of such initiatives. The associate will provide coaching and strategic consultative support to the leadership teams to prepare for the future talent and organizational needs to support of the larger Goodyear organization. In addition, this role will lead the execution of a talent management process to ensure Goodyear has the talent pipeline and leaders for current/future needs.

Utilize data and input from the business to identify business/function-specific needs, provide insights, and inform people-related decisions and solutions that drive a compelling short/long term people and organizational strategy.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6 or more years of experience in Human Resources leading core HR processes.
  • Prior global Human Resource experience - Working across various countries and within a Human Resource matrix.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leaders of functions or business units.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.

  • Experience working in a high-paced, high-volume environment working on activities ranging from strategic to tactical.
  • Experience in talent management, change management and data analytics.
  • Experience leading, coaching and consulting on business and HR initiatives Experience working in multiple businesses/functions/roles, both with direct & indirect authority.
