The role involves developing recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering employee engagement. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of HR management experience, strong leadership skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. This position offers competitive pay and requires onsite work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in gaming, betting, and technology-related roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Employee Onboarding & Retention: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training programs. Develop retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set KPIs, and provide guidance to managers on employee development.
  • Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws, gambling regulations, and industry standards. Keep updated on changes in employment laws affecting the online gambling industry.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through engagement programs, conflict resolution, and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Work with leadership to design competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages tailored to industry standards.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to improve employee competencies in gaming technologies, customer service, and compliance.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and engagement levels.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to ensure the right talent is available to meet business demands in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR management experience within the online gambling, iGaming, or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices in the online gambling industry.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment and managing geographically diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of licensing and compliance requirements in the online gambling sector.
  • Experience working with international teams and remote employees.
  • Understanding of gaming technologies and trends in the iGaming industry.

Pay: R$2, - R$11, per month
