A leading aerospace company in São Paulo seeks a seasoned professional in Human Resources to manage employee relations and interpret HR policies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge in HR practices, ability to conduct HR investigations, and a strong partner relationship with leadership to address employee performance and recognition issues. This role requires autonomy and a proactive approach in compliance with employment laws, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Develops, implements and manages human resource programs and policies to best achieve the organization's objectives.
Ensures current employees have skills necessary for development and future organizational requirements.
Oversees implementation of human resource policies including administration of compensation and benefits programs, management of workforce diversity and maintenance of human resources information systems.
Acts as a partner in employee management by formulating and administering HR plans.
Coordinates with business partners for client management concerns.
Organizes and maintains compliance policies in preparation for investigations.
Oversees HR concerns in mergers and acquisitions.
Manages relationships across specialized departments to plan and meet human resource needs.
Works across multiple HR disciplines or within shared service environment.
This position is a seasoned professional in the Human Resource Generalist discipline who works independently to interpret and explain human resources policies, assist leadership in addressing issues related to performance and recognition, and coordinates with employees regarding intermediate / complex employee relations issues.
Assists Total Rewards and Talent Management staff, as needed.
Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures plans and programs consistent with employment laws and regulations; confirms that employment laws and regulations are followed accordingly.
Conducts HR-related investigations and outlines the applicable corrective actions that are mandated by HR policy.
Coordinates with Labor and Employee Relations specialists to address routine to moderately complex employee relations issues and to help supervisors resolve similar issues.
Coordinates with Talent Management specialists to help leadership address performance management, employee discipline, and employee recognition issues.
Executes the termination process to ensure smooth employee separations.
Participates in exit interviews and compiles data on the reasons behind employee resignation decisions.
