We're looking for a motivated and driven HR and Office Management Specialist who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for all HR processes from employee entry to exit (e.g. handling of contract management, questions around onboarding and trainings)
  • You drive forward the optimization and automation of HR Operations processes
  • You keep track of all HR master data in our HR management tool Workday and using other online tools you oversee the correct use by all the employees for office usage, holidays, travel expenses
  • You support the team in the implementation of various projects to improve employee satisfaction and / or increase productivity and / or to reduce administrative costs
  • You are responsible for the administration of our São Paulo office, recurring vendors (office supplies, Telecoms, insurance) and keep track of all incoming relevant correspondence
  • You report to the Managing Director for Brazil and work closely with our Global People team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor studies or pertinent vocational training
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration and HR operations in Brazil and working in a multinational company
  • Native level Portuguese, excellent English language skills
  • Highly motivated in achievement and holding the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop an international venture with us
  • High social and communication skills
  • Trustworthiness, engagement, and flexibility as well as a hands‑on mentality
  • Working proficiency in all the established MS‑Office‑Programs
