We are hiring an Appointment Setter based in São Paulo, Brazil to support our U.S. recruiting and business development efforts. This role works directly with executives and decision-makers in the United States. Fluent, professional English (spoken and written) is required. Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is also required.
This role will start off as an appointment setter to learn our industry, with a growth path into a full desk recruiter.
Conduct outbound phone calls to U.S.-based executives and decision-makers
Set qualified meetings for senior sales and recruiting leaders
Deliver outreach through phone, email, SMS, and digital channels
Follow structured call scripts and messaging frameworks
Work closely with leadership to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and conversion targets
Prioritize daily activities based on business needs and active searches
Fluent or near-native English required, with a professional speaking voice
Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based companies, clients, or teams
Prior experience in appointment setting, sales development, recruiting support, or outbound calling preferred
Comfortable speaking with senior executives over the phone
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
Experience with CRM systems is a plus (training provided if needed)
Strong phone presence and confidence in live conversations
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Professional, positive, and resilient mindset
Ability to build rapport quickly with U.S. executives
Self-motivated and competitive, with a desire to improve performance
Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally in conversation
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Experience with CRM systems
