Qualificações

  • Proven experience with system integrations via APIs and webhooks.
  • Proven experience creating AI agents and using MCP.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent).
  • Experience with data warehouses and ETL (BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt or similar).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and listening).

About the position

We are seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. As part of the Revenue department, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions, automations, AI agents and data pipelines that power our Go‑to‑Market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, enabling efficiency, scalability, and intelligence in our revenue processes.

Additionally, the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business impact is essential to succeed in this position.

Your Impact
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations across CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success platforms, and Billing systems;
  • Develop and manage data pipelines (ETL) to ensure high‑quality, reliable data for dashboards and advanced analytics;
  • Build and deploy AI‑driven solutions to support the Go‑to‑Market engine (e.g., predictive forecasting, churn / upsell triggers, copilots for sales and CS);
  • Implement and optimize automations to improve efficiency across GTM (eg, lead routing, forecasting, account scoring, and customer health tracking);
  • Ensure data governance, documentation, and scalability of technical solutions;
  • Collaborate with RevOps analysts, Enablement, Sales, BDR and Marketing to deliver business value through technology.

  • Advanced English proficiency(reading, writing, and listening).

  • Previous experience inSaaS B2B companies in scale‑up stage;
  • Knowledge ofsales frameworks(MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN);
  • Experience implementingAI / ML solutionsin revenue or customer‑facing processes;

FlexWork Model
