We are seeking a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. As part of the Revenue department, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions, automations, AI agents and data pipelines that power our Go‑to‑Market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, enabling efficiency, scalability, and intelligence in our revenue processes.
We value individuals who are hands‑on, data‑driven, and eager to innovate, leveraging technology and AI to optimize the customer journey and accelerate revenue growth. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business impact is essential to succeed in this position.
We offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration. For the first three months, you will work on‑site in the local office, an essential step in building solid relationships and a genuine connection with our values and culture. After this period, you will have the possibility to apply for the hybrid model, working on‑site at least three times a week. This approach balances interaction in person and autonomy, creating a dynamic and productive working environment.
