What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Capture and prioritize business requirements from various stakeholders and document workflows for clarity
  • Support operational execution of marketing-to-sales handoffs and lead routing
  • Manage operational components that directly influence revenue, including pricing updates and renewal cycles
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Ops roles within high-growth tech
  • Deep understanding of Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Marketing Ops, including campaign operations and customer lifecycle motions
  • Strong project management and process documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge perspectives between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on measurable revenue outcomes
