Qualificações

• Experiência em Desenvolvimento de Negócios ou Vendas é preferível.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborar planos de desenvolvimento de negócios.
• Contatar, negociar e fechar negócios lucrativos com KOLs.
• Apoiar KOL e desenhar campanhas especiais para aumentar o volume de trading.
• Construir parcerias com líderes de opinião ou projetos de cripto.
• Realizar pesquisas para identificar novos mercados e necessidades dos clientes.
• Construir relacionamentos de longo prazo com KOL/clientes existentes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans, assist the team to complete the introduction, negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects
• Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL
• Support KOL and design special campaigns to increase KOL trading volume
• Build partnerships with key opinion leaders or crypto projects, promote cooperation with each other
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Build long‑term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development/Sales is preferred
• Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving results
• A good understanding of crypto markets is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential
