Graphic Designer (Remote Contractor – Full-Time)

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a highly creative, socially fluent designer who knows how to make people stop scrolling. You understand how content performs across platforms like TikTok and Instagram and know how to turn ideas into visuals that feel native, authentic, and viral.

You’re fluent in visual storytelling — from layouts and typography to repurposing video stills or designing carousels that tell a story. You think about content as part of a bigger narrative, not just a single post. You love collaborating with others, working fast, and iterating based on feedback.

WHAT WE NEED

ODDITY is seeking a Graphic Designer (Remote Contractor) to join our Growth Marketing and Organic Social team as we launch a new brand under the ODDITY portfolio.

This role will help define how the brand looks and feels across social media — shaping everything from post design to campaign visuals and creator-led content. You’ll translate ideas into cohesive, scroll-stopping creative that drives engagement, conversation, and brand awareness. We’re looking for someone who’s deeply tuned into social trends, understands the balance of storytelling and aesthetics, and can bring a strategic eye to organic social design.

Note: Our team works EST hours, and candidates should be available during standard business hours.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Design a variety of assets for organic and paid social, including carousels, post graphics, stories, and light video edits
  • Help establish the visual identity for a new ODDITY brand, ensuring consistency and cohesion across platforms
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life in visually impactful ways
  • Repurpose and adapt content for different social formats and trends
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, growth leads, and creators to build assets that feel fresh, social‑first, and culturally relevant
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing or social media
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects or Premiere a plus, but not required)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven ability to design for social performance — balancing brand polish with native, engaging formats
  • Basic familiarity with AI design tools and interest in emerging creative technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to collaboration and feedback
  • Impressive work ethic and willingness to work in a fast‑paced and high‑growth environment
  • Full written and spoken English proficiency

  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram aesthetics and trends
  • Experience supporting brand launches or rebrands
