What You’ll Do
  • Oversee operational workflows across privacy, data, and publication processes
  • Manage intake, prioritization, SLAs, and coordination across multiple teams
  • Enforce governance, documentation, and quality standards across all workstreams
  • Identify workflow issues, elevate complex cases to Tier‑3 SMEs, and ensure timely resolution
  • Enhance SOPs and lead process optimization and automation readiness initiatives
  • Support onboarding and capability development for growing Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 teams
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Compliance, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of operational experience in privacy, data governance, compliance, or regulated workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi‑step operational processes
  • Strong skills in quality control, documentation, governance enforcement, and workflow oversight
  • Excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication capabilities
  • Highly proficient English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in one of Exadel’s secure locations
Nice to Have
  • Professional certifications such as DAMA CDMP, ISTQB Advanced, PMP, or equivalent operational leadership credentials
