About the role: Our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the full‑end‑to‑end talent selection process. Every day, you’ll contribute to one of Pearson’s core multi‑year ambitions: becoming a truly skills and talent‑based organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping Pearson’s future by connecting great people with meaningful opportunities, both internally and externally. You’ll focus on delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers, while developing innovative hiring approaches that meet evolving business needs.
