Global Recruiter (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

Overview

Position: Global Recruiter (Fluent English) – 100% remote. Location: Brazil-based; remote work with U.S. market focus. Compensation: R$4,500/month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours). We offer a long-term contract with real career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
  • Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active
  • Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
  • Manage full recruitment pipeline: job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up
  • Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
  • Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
Nice to Have
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)
  • Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile
  • Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market
  • 2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+
  • High-speed internet | Headset with mic | Quiet office
