Support Go To Market teams with recruiting needs mainly, but Engineering and Product will also be supported by this role.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter hiring multi‑levels of all areas.
• Proven experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives.
• Proven experience recruiting for LATAM markets for fast paced environments / startups is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with a variety of results‑oriented sourcing methods.
• Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems / ATS (Lever a plus) and HR databases (BambooHR a plus) as well as the ability to produce and report on recruiting activity.
• English proficiency, Spanish is a plus.
