Overview

We are a movement that designs premium organizers for collectors to showcase their passions and preserve what matters. In a short span, we''ve grown significantly, with customers in multiple regions. To achieve further growth, we need a supply chain that scales with precision, agility, and strategic oversight. As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution that keeps our products flowing from factory to doorstep. This is a mission-critical role that ensures customers around the world get our products on time, at the right cost, and with a frictionless experience that builds loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Manage global inventory levels across various platforms, leveraging sales history, seasonality, and launches to prevent overstock and stockouts.
• Fulfillment Optimization: Optimize order flow from purchase order to delivery across all markets, coordinating with logistics providers and warehouses to maintain service level agreement performance.
• Supplier Leadership: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, proactively managing lead times, quality, and cost, as well as overseeing freight and logistics operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer models.
• Deep familiarity with e-commerce platforms and global fulfillment networks.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics from POs to last-mile delivery.
• Strong Excel/data skills you know your way around a pivot table and a demand model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with high-growth consumer product brands.
• Prior work in multi-market fulfillment (US, Canada, EU, Asia).
• Familiarity with tools like Inventory Planner, NetSuite, Airtable, or similar.
