You will lead outreach efforts to top-tier influencers, analyze affiliate performance, and develop marketing campaigns with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development or marketing and proven experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the crypto or fintech sectors.

• Strong background in marketing, business development, or PR.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with remote teams.

This role requires hands-on outreach, affiliate performance analysis, campaign management, and collaboration across departments to optimize results.

• Expand global affiliate network via outreach to influencers, YouTubers, media
• Manage key affiliates: analyze performance, provide ROI-driven strategies
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns with internal teams
• Monitor fraud and competitor strategies, adjusting tactics accordingly
• Work with developers to enhance internal tools and analytics
• Proven experience managing large affiliate programs (crypto/fintech preferred)
• Strong business development, marketing, or PR background
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Excellent with data, communication, and partner negotiations
• Comfortable working across time zones and remote teams
